These concepts do not send real notifications, take payment, reserve a real appointment or provide production accounts. They demonstrate the customer experience so we can discuss what your business needs.
What a live system needs.
We first agree services, duration, opening times, capacity, staff access, data storage, notification channels and what happens when a customer needs to change a booking. Payments, deposits and third-party calendar connections are separate scope decisions.
A production booking system requires a custom quote, including hosting, integrations and support. There is no deposit: each agreed stage is reviewed privately and paid only after your approval. Previously approved stages remain payable. The standard website packages do not include a live booking platform.
Use a dedicated tool or build something custom?
If a suitable existing booking service already fits how you work, embedding or connecting it may be the simpler first phase. A custom workflow can make sense when the service rules, owner tools or customer journey need something more specific. We discuss that choice before committing to development.
