When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, project needs and optional business information. We use this information to respond, discuss a quote and manage any work you choose to commission. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

The form submits to FormSubmit, an external form-processing provider, which forwards enquiries to our email address and may display its own verification or confirmation page. Its handling of submissions is described in FormSubmit’s privacy policy. You can instead email us directly.

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. WhatsApp handles messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your enquiry records

Enquiries may be retained in our email and project records for follow-up and delivery of requested work. Contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or request deletion. Records needed for an active project or required record-keeping may need to be retained.

Project planning tools

The project finder, shortlist and website self-assessment use the choices you make on this page. They do not store these choices in tracking cookies or send them to us automatically. You can download or copy a brief without providing contact details. If you choose to attach project notes to an enquiry, those notes are shown above the form and sent with your submission through FormSubmit. You can remove them before submitting.

The website examples

The website collection contains ten fictional concepts, not client endorsements or real businesses. All brands, service prices, customers, orders and appointments are examples. The car wash photograph is AI-generated. Other example photos are licensed illustrative images, with credits available from the example pages.

The public demos use preset fictional customer details and hold request, basket and appointment state only in the memory of the open page. Refreshing a page resets it. No demo request data is sent to AltWorkspace or any real business. No payments are taken.

Website services

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to that provider to retrieve them. Our hosting provider and services you choose to use may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs. We do not set our own tracking cookies.
